1000 et 1 PARIS is the 1st short-term furnished rented specialized agency in Paris with a Tailor-made Services and turnkey for our Owners Partners.
1000 et 1 PARIS it's :
- A Station of Reservation of Apartments Furnished on internet,
- A Web site of Reservation of Apartments to be real time reserved (24/24 and 7/7) with immediate confirmation for the Tenant as for the Owner.
By proposing your apartment, we publish it FREE OF CHARGE on our web site and you define all your conditions of rental (availabilities, prices, minimal period of rental, etc...).
We can propose you a simple rented stake (international communication, secure automatic reservations, etc...) or a complete management (international communication, secure automatic reservations, welcome of the tenants, inventories of fixtures, maintenance, collection of your rents, etc...).
To put rented and to publish your furnished apartment on our web site, you can Propose us your apartment (button situated in our menu main - upper right on every page).
A person in charge of the Service Owner will contact you to communicate you a contract of collaboration.
You dispose of a system of simplified price because we apply a maximum 20% commission + the 39€ of booking fees to the price given by the owner (which must match the market price).

The apartment will be rented from 2 nights because our rental rates have the advantage to be decreasing. The tenant pays more for a short stay than for a long one, in this way, your profitability is stronger for short rentals than for medium or long rentals.
Anything, the principle is simple : 1000 and 1 PARIS pays in the success and takes directly by bank card a 20% commission + 39€ of booking fees during the reservation of the customer.

Yes, you will have to take care of it if you chose a solution in simple rented stake. And if you chose a solution in complete management, the partner whom you will have chosen will take care of it for you.
Yes, henceforth every new owner is free to rent on all the web sites that he wishes it. We practise no more exclusivity since September 1st, 2010. However you have to propose at least 6 months of availabilities by year.
With a registered letter with recorded delivery, while respecting the period of advance notice and the period staying before the end of your rental order of 12 months.
Fundamentally, all the apartments dispose of :
- The basic furniture (beds, tables, chairs…),
- An internet access (the computer isn’t supplied) and a TV with the national channels,
- An equipped kitchen (household electrical appliances and kitchen utensils),
- Standard cleaning products.
Exceptionally, some apartments dispose of :
- An access for handicapped people,
- A sauna, a swimming pool, a steam bath or air conditioning,
- DVD, CD players,...
- A telephone.
All our apartments are not smokers for hygiene’s reasons.
All our apartments are forbidden to pets for hygiene’s reasons.
The prices, the texts and the pictures are not contractual and are susceptible to modification without advance notice.
