The apartment itself was well sized for our family, cheery, quiet even with windows a bit opened for breeze, sunny by day, and had dark shades for sleeping. We went at the height of summer heat but did not need air conditioning. My daughter enjoyed having a tea party with the little espresso cups and I appreciated the quality caste iron tea pot. (A tea store is located on the block as are several children's boutiques)
The apartment was very comfortable overall. Clean bedding and floors. One problem corrected- I did have an allergic reaction to a bed but management found a temporary solution to allow us to enjoy our stay. We recommended a new mattress be placed on the sofa bed. Americans are not accustomed to not having a dryer machine. There is something we discovered in the apartment- there is a towel warmer that served just fine to hang our wet laundry overnight. Also- Only a compact umbrella type single stroller will fit in the elevator, not bigger.'
