How many nights minimum may I rent an apartment ?

You can reserve an apartment from 2 nights and until 3 months maximum (the minimum duration of rental can be different according to the apartments - this one is indicated on every apartment card).

How to make a reservation ?

Having selected your apartment, you have to follow and validate 4 stages of our Station of Reservation then pay a Down Payment of Reservation (20% of the total amount of the rental + 39,00 € of booking fees + 20% of the options possibly selected). As soon as the debit of the down payment of reservation is accepted, you receive an e-voucher of Confirmation of your Reservation.

How to pay the deposit ?

The payment of the deposit is directly made with the owner (or of his representative) as indicated in the tab "Infos" on every apartment card.

Its amount corresponds to MAXIMUM one week of rental for the stays of less than 29 nights and to MAXIMUM one month of rental for the stays of 30 nights and more.

Why can the deposit be used ?

For any damages caused in the apartment during the duration of your stay or for a lack of cleanliness if the apartment is not returned in the state of cleanliness of arrival (except when you reserved the Housework Service).

May I modify or cancel my reservation ?

How to get back and to return the keys of the apartment ?

The owner (or his representative) takes care to welcome you and to put back you keys during the check in directly to the apartment and he gets back them during the check out. The hour of the appointments of arrival and exit must be fixed, with the owner, approximately one week before the beginning of your stay.

At what time may I arrive ?

Most of our apartments allow an arrival from 3:00 pm unless otherwise specified in the tab "Infos" of the apartment card. The owner (or his representative) can ask you for a supplement every sundays, french publics holidays and in case of arrival moved.

Do I have to clean the apartment at the end of my stay ?

During your arrival the apartment is cleaned and tidied up, the owner thus asks you to returned it in the state of cleanliness of arrival.

You also have the possibility of reserving the Housework Service proposed from 50,00 € (except the emptied garbage cans and the crockery washed and putted away).

Is there a heating in apartments ?

All our apartments offer all the modern comfort : an equipped kitchen, toilet in the apartment, the heating, running water...

May I smoke in apartments ?

All the apartments are regrettably non-smoking.
