How many nights minimum can I rent an apartment ?
You can book an apartment from 2 nights and up to maximum 3 months (the minimum and maximum rental period may varied depending on the apartment). These are indicated for each ad in the "Rules & Information".
How to make a reservation ?
It's very simple, fast and secure ! Choose the ad that you like, click on the "View Rates" button and follow the steps. You do not need to contact the owner to book because on our website each owner updates and maintains its availability in Real Time. Your reservation is made online 24h/24h by paying a down payment of reservation, you pay the balance no later than the day of your arrival to the owner or his representative. You do not involve the full amount of your stay on the internet ! Use your confirmation, that you will immediately receive via email, to contact the person in charge of your welcome.
Can I make my reservation by phone ?
1000et1paris.com registers no booking by phone. So you must use our booking on our website.
Is the online payment by credit card secure ?
Online payment by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) for your down payment of reservation is completely safe and secured with our SSL payment system that ensures the confidentiality of banking data. Thus at the time of seizure and during the transfers via the Internet, it is impossible to read because your information is encrypted and our servers work in encrypted mode respecting SSL SECURED BY THAWTE.
How to pay the balance of my rental ?
The balance of the rental is made directly to the owner (or his representative) as described in "Rules & Information" on each ad.
Can I get an invoice ?
Yes, we send you on request an invoice for the down payment of reservation. For the proof of payment of the balance of your reservation, you must ask directly to the owner (or his representative) of the booked apartment because it was he who received the payment.
How to pay the deposit ?
The payment of the deposit is made directly to the owner (or his representative) as described in "Rules & Information" on each ad. The amount corresponds to one week MAXIMUM for stays less than 29 nights and one month rental MAXIMUM for the stays of 30 nights or more.
Why the deposit may be used ?
For all damage done to the apartment during your stay is for a lack of cleanliness if the apartment is not left in a state of cleanliness of arrival (unless you have booked the end of stay cleaning service).
Can I change or cancel my booking ?

How to retrieve and return the keys to the apartment ?
You will receive the contact details of the person in charge of your welcome in your Booking Confirmation by email. Just make an appointment with the owner (or his representative) who is in charge of welcoming you to give you the keys directly to the apartment and he gets back when you leave the apartment.
What time can I arrive ?
In general, your arrival is from 3:00 pm unless otherwise stated in the "Rules & Information" of the ad. Some owners (or representatives) are more flexible but they may ask you a supplement on Sundays, holidays and at night and in case of arrival moved.
For your information, the owner (or manager) will always facilitate your arrival/your departure according to all customers (those in the apartment before your arrival and those who take the apartment after you).
What time should I leave ?
In general, your departure is before 11:00 am unless otherwise stated in the "Rules & Information" of the ad. Some owners (or representatives) are more flexible but they may ask you a supplement on Sundays, holidays and at night and in case of staggered starts.
For your information, the owner (or manager) will always facilitate your arrival/your departure according to all customers (those in the apartment before your arrival and those who take the apartment after you).
Should I clean the apartment at the end of my stay ?
Upon arrival the apartment is clean and tidy, the owner then asks you to returned it in the state of cleanliness of arrival. You also have the possibility to book the cleaning service of end of stay available from 50,00 € (excluding bins emptied and dishes washed and put away).
Is there a heating in the apartments ?
All our apartments offer all the modern comforts : kitchen, toilets in the apartment, heating, running water, etc...
Can I smoke in the apartments ?
No for reasons of smell, our proposed ads are non-smoking.
Can I bring my pet ?
No for reasons of hygiene, none of our ads no accepts pets (even tiny!).
