2. How the service to owners works ?

You propose your apartment, if you are selected according to the criteria of our clients and partners, we take care of everything (international communication, secured automatic reservations, welcome of the tenants, inventory of fixtures, cleaning…).

You define your conditions of rental (availability, rates…), we rent for you and you cash your rents.

3. How to rent my apartment on MILLE et un PARIS.com ?

You can give the rental of your apartment on MILLE et un PARIS :

  1. Access to our owners’ area: to consult our concept, our principle, our advantages and our solutions. At the right or at the bottom of each page of this area, you can propose your apartment giving your data.
  2. Propose directly your apartment by our Owners’ Access area.

 

Then you’ll be contacted by a person in charge of the owners who will meet you to do the rigorous selection of your good. If you are selected, he’ll intervene to launch the communication, to define your rental’s conditions in our SAR system (Secured Automatic Reservation) and you’ll just have to enjoy your numerous rentals and the increase of your rents.

4. How the rates work and what do they include ?

You dispose of a simplified and innovative rates system.

For your apartment you’ll find 3 rates according to your needs.

3 types of packs are proposed : The Classical Pack, the First Pack, the Suite Pack and the Privilege pack:

5. For how many nights at least my good will be rented ?

The apartment will be rented from 2 nights because our rental rates have the advantage to be decreasing. The tenant pays more for a short stay than for a long one, in this way, your profitability is stronger for short rentals than for medium or long rentals.

 

6. How much do I have to pay to rent my apartment with MILLE et un PARIS.com ?

You pay only if your good is rented, it’s without any subscription.
The principle is simple, you pay MILLE et un PARIS.com only if your apartment has been rented.
You pay MILLE et un PARIS.com according to the pack you’ll chose.  

7. What do the services of MILLE et un PARIS.com include ?

According to the pack you’ll select, you dispose of a wide range of services.

8. How and when do I have to pay ?

Our payment system is done by a secured transfer or by check / cheque that we send you in the beginning of the month (once per month) deducted from the commission of MILLE et un PARIS.com.

9. Should I take care of the deposit ?

You take care of nothing. We take charge of collecting the deposit by a unique system that guarantees you to get the deposit before the tenant’s arrival and 60 days after his departure.

10. Can I rent my good on other websites ?

 

To optimize your apartment, we recommend you to publish your good to rent on other websites (except at the direct competitors of MILLE et un PARIS.com).
We manage the publishing for you.

11. How can I stop renting with MILLE et un PARIS.com ?

By a recorded letter with acknowledgement of receipt and providing that your commitment period of 12 months has ended.

12. What are the equipments of the apartments ?

Fundamentally, all the apartments dispose of :

  • The basic furniture (beds, tables, chairs…),
  • A “luxurious” bed linen pack (sheet, pillowcases, duvet and duvet cover) and of “luxurious” bathroom linen packs depending on the number of people foreseen during the reservation,
  • An internet access (the computer isn’t supplied) and a TV with the national channels,
  • An equipped kitchen (household electrical appliances and kitchen utensils),
  • Standard cleaning products.

 

Exceptionally, some apartments dispose of :

  • An access for handicapped people,
  • A sauna, a swimming pool, a steam bath or air conditioning,
  • DVD, CD players,...
  • A telephone.

13. Does my apartment have to accept the smokers ?

All our apartments are not smokers for hygiene’s reasons.

14. Does my apartment have to accept the pets ?

All our apartments are forbidden to pets for hygiene’s reasons.
